My Top 10 Jungle Gym Exercises

I think it’s safe to say that suspension training is here to stay. We started offering suspension training in 360 back in 2010 when we opened. We were one of the first to offer it in the country and the first to offer it as a group class. Back then we still used TRX. And we are still all certified to use the TRX. However, we decided to go with the jungle gym for these reasons:

  1. It’s cheaper
  2. It’s sturdier
  3. The independent straps
  4. It’s sturdier

That’s not a typo. My main gripe with the TRX is that after 3 months of use, the foam handles started to crack and it was really starting to look “used”. We’ve been using the jungle gym for almost a year now in the makati branch and it still looks spiffy.

Anyway, I came up with my top 10 jungle gym exercises. You can do these at home or at 360, though I will tell you, they’re pretty tough, so best if you try them at 360 where we can guide you guys. :) Enjoy!
