Hey guys! I’m starting a workout experiment on April 9. I’m looking for volunteers. I need 5 women and 5 men who are willing to give 21 minutes of their Mondays to Saturdays for 5 weeks. That’s a total of 30 workout days.
You can do this at the comfort of your own homes, at 360 or in your own gyms. Here’s the catch though. Since this is an experiment, I need to be able to control the variables as much as I can so this has to be the only workout regimen that you will do for the next 5 weeks.
Each day starting April 9, I will be posting the workout video and you will get a private link to the youtube file. You just have to follow that video for that day and your done.
Some requirements, you need to give me the following if you will be volunteering:
Body fat percentage (if you can get it)
And then for your own personal record, a before picture of yourself.
Disclaimer: This may or may not work for weight loss. The hypothesis is it will work, so hopefully it does. But if it doesn’t then I just disproved my theory and at least it’s guaranteed to make you stronger.
