Here’s a new core complex that I cam up with this afternoon over at 360 Fitness Club Timog. You’ll need a Power Wheel or any kind of ab roller or core roller, and also a suspension trainer.
Lower the suspension trainer until it’s just at mid shin level. Place a mat and the power wheel/core roller in front of it and kneel on the mat with and place your feet on the foot straps of your suspension trainer.
Do 10 core rolls. Make sure that you maintain a straight line from the shoulders to your knees. Go down as low as you can, bracing the abs in the process. Quickly pull back up to the starting position.
Right after 10 core rolls, Do 10 Atomic Push ups. Go up on a push up position with your feet now hanging on the foot straps. Do a push up and as you push up, bring your knees as close to your chest as possible while slightly lifting your hips up. Repeat for 10 reps.
Try to do 3 sets resting 1 minute in between each complex.
