28 day Laboracay Workout: Day 9

It’s day 9 and it’s time once again for interval sprints. We’re still going to be doing our core exercises and our power and strength exercises. Go hard today because tomorrow is another FREESTYLE day.

Here’s the workout:


Planks or Core rolls – 30 sec or 10-15 reps

Anti rotations – 10 reps per side

Dead bugs – 5-8 per leg


Push ups or Weighted Push ups

or Dumb bell Chest Presses
