28 Day Laboracay Workout: Day 21

It’s the end of the 3rd week and that means it’s time for another challenge. The challenge today will be another running challenge.

Run for 1 mile and make sure to time yourself. Use a running app like the nike plus running app and just set it to 1 mile. Rest for the same amount of time that you ran that 1 mile. If you remember, we did this already before so try to beat the time that you ran for last week.

Repeat this so that you’ve ran for 3 total miles.

That’s your challenge for today. Go hard cause tomorrow is the last rest day for the program.
