It’s another rest/freestyle day for today and if you did yesterday’s challenge correctly, then you will surely need today to recover. Remember the rules though about freestyle. Play sports if you can, walk around A LOT (10,000 steps), and try not to sit around the entire day. We are doing active recovery, not hibernation.
Since it’s the start of the holy week as well, I suggest that you start stacking up on healthy snacks and healthy foods, the last thing you want is to resort to eating fast food or junk food because you had “no other choice”. Plan accordingly, and go to the grocery if you haven’t gone.
We’ll go back to work tomorrow and work for 2 more days before we take the weekend off. See you guys tomorrow!
