It’s the 6th day of the 7 day training cycle and that means it’s time for another challenge. This challenge will still be Every Minute on the Minute with the 20 kettle bell swings. First of course, you gotta take care of your core routine, then after that, it’ll be time for the challenge.
Pick a kettle bell that you are comfortable swinging for 20 reps. Set the timer to go off every minute and set it for 5-8 minutes. At the start of every minute, start swinging until you hit 20. Stop and then rest for the rest of the minute.
