It’s the second Friday of the month! And you know what that means, 360 will be having it’s regular week-long workout challenge. We always them our challenges and of course, it being the month of love, both branches will be having valentines-themed challenges. The one you see here is courtesy of the Ortigas senior coach, Jose Gemora. It’s a 14 (valentines, haha) minute workout composed of 7 exercises designed to leave you breathless like you just saw the love of your life. Here’s the video of the exercises to help you do it at home. It will be done in a straight circuit fashion, going from exercise 1 to 7 and doing each for 1 minute then repeating everything for a second time. The person who gets the most reps wins the challenge.
For this particular challenge, you will have to go to 360 ortigas to win it but of course you can try it at home for fun I’m still figuring out how to hold the challenge of the weeks from the blog so that one of you guys can win. Maybe video proof or something, still thinking about it. For now, enjoy the workout!
