Updates: The Chappy System

Hey everyone! It’s been awhile, i’ve been busy for the most part because of the 30 day workout experiment that has been going on for the month of April. One of the participants started calling it the Chappy System so I guess I’ll call it the System before I think of a different name.

Results have been promising with everyone getting stronger and most of the participants losing weight. I need to tweak it a little bit more and probably add a little more options for different goals and different fitness levels. Once this is finalized, I’ll be launching the program for EVERYONE for FREE right here on this site. I don’t know how I’m gonna do this but God will make a way. Like my friends at Crossfit Insurrecto always say. We all want a FitterPhilippines and this is my way of giving back to everyone.

I showed you guys a sample video before, here’s another one from day 11. This is an upper body day. try it out!

    Hi! Since you mentioned CrossFit, was just wondering how the CrossFit program compares to the program of 360? Just curious. I joined 360 in March and I’m intrigued by all the new gyms out there. Thanks :)

      They’re different yet similar. haha. in the sense that they are both cardio strength workouts and challenge the different systems of the body to adapt quickly to sudden changes. They are different in modalities but have the same goal. we use the NASM OPT model of progression, they have their own methods.
