Quick Core Workout to start (or end) the day

I got a lot of requests for a quick workout routine that you can do at basically any time of the day. One of the ways that you can stay relatively active even with a hectic desk job is by the installment approach. With this approach, you accumulate several 2-5 minute routines that you can do throughout the day that will give you in essence, a 30-45min workout. This is not perfect by any means, but the goal is to be as active as you can be, given your time constraints.

Here’s a quick 2 minute core routine that you can do basically anywhere. Aim for the lower limit first and try to do 2-3 sets if you can. You may also incorporate it in your regular gym workout if you want, as a starter for the core.
