If you can’t find a 30-60 minute window, start with a 5-10 minute window and do a pocket workout. A pocket workout like what you’ll see here is a quick routine that will get you moving and out of your chair, at the very least. Most of the workouts that I will show will use minimal to no equipment and you can do them from your home, or office. The WHO prescribes us to stop ourselves from sitting for more than an hour and walk around for 5-10 minutes (active work breaks). This has been found to boost productivity and cognitive function in the office so, go tell your boss about it. I’m just adding to the prescription by giving you a pocket workout that you can do in that 5-10 minute work break.
