I’ve been going to 360 since March, but have only been going consistently three weeks ago. I know it’s a bit early to tell BUT i feel like i’m either gaining or at a plateau. I’ve read several fitness articles and threads that indicate that my “problem” may be due to the fact that I’m not eating enough? I don’t understand how this – eating more to lose more while working out – works. Haha 😀
Hi! To answer your question, I need to also know your weight right now and your height, this will affect how much food you should be eating. Also, if you’re at a plateau, it’s time to progress. In the circuit, try leveling up and mixing up the levels each round. Also, increasing the resistance will help you progress to your goals.
