It’s Day 6 and that means it’s time for your first CHALLENGE DAY! You’ll have challenges on the 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th day of this program. For today, it’s an old core workout that I developed plus an every minute on the minute challenge for burpees. Ready? Here’s the core challenge:

Some people have been asking what to do if you skip a day. Ideally, you shouldn’t skip a day but if you really had to, try to get the skipped day done the very next day so that you don’t lose momentum. Don’t skip a workout, just pick up from where you left off even if it means you’ll be a day or 2 late that the others.
