It’s day 27, just 2 sessions left in the workout. Hope you guys are still with me. In any case, today will be relatively easy compared to tomorrow’s challenge. I’m not gonna give that away yet but let’s just say that it will be a real challenge.
Back to today. We’re gonna be working a lot on the core today because let’s face it, that’s what you want. First part of the workout will be my staple continuous core routine found below:
Obviously, I love this routine and it has been a staple for most of my clients.
After doing 3 rounds of that workout you will then have a choice of doing either of the following:
1. 10 second all out sprints with a 30 second rest interval and going for 10 sets
2. Burpees for 20 seconds then resting for 20 seconds and then repeating for 6 sets.
THEN, yes, there’s still a then. You will do:
1. 10 reps straight leg sit ups with both legs flat on the floor
2. Dead bugs 5 per side
Repeat for 3 sets.
