It’s day 12 and it’s time once again for some interval sprints. Again, we’re still going to be doing our core routines and our strength/power exercise. Today it’s going to be Vertical Presses. For vertical presses, it’s going to be impossible doing it without using dumb bells, kettle bells or medicine balls. Watch the video to see how to do it.
For sprints, again, try to level up from your previous times. Try to also find a long enough lane that you can use for your sprinting.
