The last two days must have been hard for some of you guys since we started progressing in intensity and even duration of the workouts. This rest or as I like to call it, freestyle day, is programmed right when it’s needed. Like I always say, you can’t live in the gym. Today is the perfect time for you to go out and usewhat you actually gained in the gym, specially since it’s the weekend.
Here are some things that you can do today:
Walk your dog.
Play with your kids outside. If it’s too hot, play indoors but try to stay away from the TV.
Go on a bike ride with your friends.
Play your favourite sport.
Shop. Hey, as long as your walking.
These are just some of the things that you can do. Again the goal is to try to be as active as you can be. If you have argus or any other app or device to track your steps, use it and try to hit the 10,000 steps goal.
